Working with Me

Working with me is a collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human experience.

My approach combines counselling, coaching, lived experience, emotional insight, and practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change.

I offer a space where you can speak honestly without fear of judgment — a space to slow down, reflect, untangle patterns, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. I believe many people are not broken; they are simply overwhelmed, disconnected, carrying unresolved pain, or surviving without the support and tools they truly need.

Our work together may explore areas such as stress and burnout, anxiety, self-worth, addiction and sobriety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional regulation, family dynamics, identity, purpose, or simply the desire to feel more grounded and authentic.

I draw from counselling techniques, mindfulness practices, nervous system awareness, reflective listening, emotional processing, behavioural change strategies, and strengths-based support to help clients better understand themselves and create healthier ways of coping, communicating, and living.

Above all, I value honesty, warmth, trust, and genuine connection.

Therapy is not about becoming someone else — it is about returning to who you truly are underneath the conditioning, coping mechanisms, fear, and self-doubt. Whether someone is navigating crisis, healing from the past, seeking sobriety, or simply longing for a more meaningful and aligned life, my intention is to walk beside them with empathy, insight, encouragement, and practical support as they move toward lasting growth and emotional freedom.
