My therapy journey
For many years, I lived in the fast-paced world of fashion — building a successful business that demanded everything from me. It was creative, exciting, and deeply rewarding, but also relentless. Long hours, constant pressure, endless responsibility, and a world that often focused heavily on the external. I loved it for a long time, and it taught me resilience, discipline, creativity, and how to connect with people from all walks of life. But beneath it all, there was always a deeper curiosity quietly calling me — a fascination with human nature, emotional healing, and what it truly means to live an authentic and meaningful life.
Over time, I realised I wanted to move from the outside world into the inside world. I wanted to replace surface success with deeper connection, understanding, and service. My own life experiences, healing journey, sobriety, therapy, and personal growth opened something in me that no career achievement ever could. I became deeply passionate about supporting others through their struggles, helping people understand themselves more fully, and sharing the tools, insight, and emotional awareness I had gained through both study and lived experience.
Today, therapy and coaching feel less like a career and more like a calling. I love learning, growing, listening, and holding space for the complexity of being human — people’s fears, joys, grief, hopes, relationships, patterns, and potential. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and understood. My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves, live more authentically, and create lives that feel grounded in depth, purpose, self-awareness, and emotional freedom.
